What You'll do: - Participate in defining the architecture of new solutions and making strategic technical decisions; - Collaborate with stakeholders and product teams to leverage the development of features that bring value to the business; - Monitor and guarantee code quality and best programming practices; - Ensure the maintenance of existing applications; - Create and update technical and functional documentation; - Analyse and discuss requirements from a technical and business point of view; - Lead code reviews and ensure compliance with established quality standards; - Act as a technical point of reference within the team, promoting an environment of continuous learning and process improvement; - Hybrid Work Model; What You Are: - At least 4 years' professional experience; - Knowledge and experience in Java backend development, namely with Spring Boot, Spring Web, Spring Data or similar; - Experience in microservice-oriented development and architectures based on RESTful APIs (HTTP) and events (Kafka); - Knowledge of relational and non-relational database technologies (e.g. Postgres and MongoDB); - Knowledge of unit and integration test development (JUnit, Mockito); Test driven development (TDD) is a very relevant bonus; - Knowledge of the particularities of development for the Cloud and ecosystems (Kubernetes, Docker, Azure or similar); - Experience in Git and integration with CI/CD systems (e.g. Jenkins, GitLab CI); - Knowledge of monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack); - Interpersonal skills for effective communication with cross-functional teams and stakeholders; - Leadership skills and previous experience in mentoring/coaching technical teams; - Fluency in English (eliminatory factor) and Portuguese;  What youll get: - Wage according to candidate's professional experience; - Remote Work whenever possible; - Allocation of health insurance from the beginning of the employment; - Delivery of work equipment adjusted to the performance of functions; - And others.
