Location: United States — Remote Compensation: $200,000–$350,000 USD Start Date: ASAP Languages: Fluent English required Type: Full-time About the Opportunity Pragmatike is recruiting on behalf of a rapidly scaling technology company building sophisticated infrastructure and software systems. We are seeking a Lead Member of Technical Staff to lead major technical initiatives and establish engineering direction across a rapidly scaling technology organization. What You'll Do Define technical strategy for critical systems. Lead multi-team architecture and engineering initiatives. Establish engineering standards and technical principles. Solve the company's most challenging technical problems. Influence product and platform strategy. Mentor senior technical talent. Drive execution across ambiguous, high-impact projects. Partner with leadership on long-term technology decisions. What We're Looking For 8+ years of engineering experience. Exceptional technical architecture and system design skills. Experience leading complex engineering programs. Strong cross-functional influence. Excellent communication and technical judgment. Proven ability to operate at organizational scale. Experience in managing teams of experienced engineers Cross-functional project management experience Nice to Have AI infrastructure, distributed systems, cloud, or Kubernetes.
