Lead .NET Software Engineer (AI, Cloud & Front-End)

We are looking for a Lead .NET Software Engineer who is passionate about building modern AI-powered applications and can drive technical excellence across the full technology stack.

In this role, you will lead the design and development of scalable cloud-native solutions, integrate Generative AI capabilities into enterprise products, and guide cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality user experiences. You will spearhead innovative projects leveraging modern Microsoft technologies, cloud platforms, and front-end frameworks while mentoring engineers and shaping technical direction.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise-grade applications using .NET and C#
• Drive the architecture and integration of AI-powered features leveraging LLMs, RAG architectures, and AI agents
• Oversee the development of cloud-native solutions utilizing modern Azure services
• Guide front-end development efforts using modern JavaScript frameworks
• Define and implement RESTful APIs and microservices architectures
• Collaborate with architects, product owners, designers, and AI engineers to deliver business value
• Ensure application scalability, security, maintainability, and performance across projects
• Lead technical design discussions, code reviews, and architectural decision-making
• Mentor and coach engineers, fostering technical growth and best practices within the team
• Establish engineering standards, processes, and quality guidelines

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software development using .NET and C#
• 1+ years of proven leadership experience, including mentoring engineers and leading technical initiatives
• Background in ASP.NET Core and Microservices Architecture
• Hands-on expertise in Generative AI solutions, including LLM integrations (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Copilot ecosystem, LangChain, or Semantic Kernel)
• Proficiency in designing and implementing RAG-based applications and AI-powered workflows
• Skills in cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure
• Familiarity with Azure Functions, App Services, and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)
• Competency in Azure AI Services, Azure Storage, and Azure DevOps
• Knowledge of front-end technologies such as React, Angular, or TypeScript
• Understanding of API design and modern software architecture patterns
• Expertise in CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Proficiency in English at an Upper-Intermediate level (B2) or higher

Nice to have

• Experience with AI Agents and Agentic AI architectures
• Knowledge of vector databases and semantic search
• Capability to work with Kubernetes and containerized deployments
• Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot technologies
• Background in large-scale enterprise environments
