This is a contractor, remote position anywhere in the contiguous United States

Commitment: 25 hours per week for a duration of October 2026 to March 2027

Compensation: $90.00 per hour

What You’ll Do

The Partnership Data Contractor drives function-specific projects to support ongoing learning and data-informed decision-making across partnership design and delivery. Grounded in our mission, this role provides essential data support by refining tools and resources that enable teams to monitor progress and accelerate meaningful learning outcomes for educators and students.

Responsibilities:

Data Reporting and Management

  • Adapts existing data collection tools, scalable reports, and dashboards within established parameters to fit team needs while offering constructive feedback on core systems
  • Serves as a knowledgeable resource by developing and delivering custom data solutions tailored to the unique needs of specific stakeholder groups and high-priority projects
  • Applies domain expertise to produce accessible ad hoc analyses and clear data structures for internal and external partners
  • Champions data-driven habits across delivery teams by guiding colleagues through targeted training materials and practical tools


Project Execution & Operational Excellence

  • Manages and executes function-specific projects with independent ownership to deliver accurate, high-quality, and timely results
  • Refines existing operational tools and frameworks within established design parameters to meet evolving project needs
  • Evaluates complex project challenges, anticipates risks, and drives practical solutions that strengthen progress monitoring and continuous team learning


Strategic Communication & Collaboration

  • Communicates with clarity and care across diverse audiences, adapting style to context and purpose
  • Demonstrates organizational values through daily actions, fostering trust and authentic collaboration with colleagues and partners
  • Partners with team members as a collaborative resource, sharing domain knowledge to strengthen collective execution

Candidate Qualifications and Traits:
  • 5+ years of relevant professional experience in K–12 education, instructional leadership, data analysis, or a related field
  • Data Governance & Quality: Deep knowledge of data cleaning, validation, and transformation techniques required to ensure dataset accuracy and integrity
  • Analytical Insights & Reporting: Expertise in interpreting complex datasets and translating trends into actionable, human-centered insights using visual dashboards
  • Technical Systems & Tools: Advanced proficiency in Structured Query Language (SQL), Excel, and Business Intelligence platforms to build automated reports and data models
  • Stakeholder Collaboration & Capacity Building: Ability to guide and advise cross-functional teams on data interpretation, enabling non-technical audiences to understand and apply data effectively
  • Project Management: Proven ability to manage complex data workstreams independently, prioritizing tasks effectively to achieve strategic goals
