Lead Principal Architect – Advanced english.

Location: Mexico, Costa Rica, or Spain | 100% Remote

Schedule: EMEA business hours (CET/CEST) — overnight shift for Mexico/Costa Rica

Key Responsibilities

• Develop enterprise architecture strategies, roadmaps, and modernization plans.
• Lead network, security, cloud, and data center architecture.
• Advise executive and technical stakeholders.
• Lead multi-vendor transformation programs and technical governance.
• Support pre-sales, RFPs/RFIs, SOWs, proposals, and executive presentations.
• Mentor architects and technical teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years in complex enterprise technology solutions.
• 5+ years in technology consulting/architecture.
• Strong customer-facing and multinational transformation experience.
• Advanced written and spoken English.
• Strong expertise in SD-WAN, BGP, OSPF, SASE, Zero Trust, AWS, Azure, Cisco ACI/Nexus, F5, and enterprise networking/security.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• CCIE, CCNP, CISSP, or cloud/security certifications are a plus.
