Role Overview

McAfee is seeking a Lead Product Designer to help define the future of AI-powered consumer experiences.
As AI transforms how people work, communicate, create, and make decisions online, it is also reshaping the digital threat landscape. This role will lead the design of innovative experiences that help consumers navigate an increasingly complex world while leveraging advances in AI to deliver smarter, more proactive, and more personalized protection.
You will work at the forefront of emerging technology, designing experiences that address evolving customer needs, establish new paradigms for human-AI interaction, and bring innovative products from concept to market.
This is an opportunity for a design leader who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys shaping products from first principles, and views AI as both a transformative product capability and a powerful tool for accelerating design and innovation.
This is a hybrid role based in one of our hub locations i.e. Frisco, Texas; San Jose, CA; Newport Beach, CA or New York City. You will be expected to be in-office on an as-needed basis and will be working from your home office otherwise.
