About the Job We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Lead Product Manager to join our Digital team. A Lead Product Manager operates across multiple product domains, influencing strategy beyond their immediate team. You’ll navigate ambiguity, align leaders and stakeholders around difficult decisions and elevate how product management is practiced across the organization. What You’ll Do | Key Accountabilities • Own the strategy, roadmap, execution, and measurable outcomes across one or more product domains, ensuring roadmaps align with company strategy and deliver measurable customer and business outcomes. • Use customer research, analytics, experimentation, and business insight to identify and prioritize the highest-impact opportunities. • Lead complex product discovery efforts that span multiple teams, balancing customer value, business objectives, technical feasibility, and organizational priorities. • Make high-quality product decisions by synthesizing evidence, weighing tradeoffs, and creating clarity through ambiguity. • Partner with Engineering throughout delivery, supporting release planning, experimentation, and post-launch measurement. • Build alignment across Product, Engineering, Design, stakeholders, and leadership through thoughtful communication and influence rather than authority. • Raise the quality of product management by developing and following reusable frameworks, operating practices, and setting standards that help teams make better product decisions. • Champion experimentation and continuous learning, ensuring product investments are measured, validated, and iterated based on customer and business outcomes. • Lead AI-native product management by identifying emerging capabilities, developing reusable AI workflows, and helping the organization thoughtfully integrate AI to improve research, decision-making, execution, and operational effectiveness while maintaining accountability for outcomes. What You’ll Bring | Skills & Experience • 12+ years of product management experience delivering customer-facing digital products. • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or another related field preferred. • Demonstrated success defining product strategy and delivering measurable customer and business outcomes across complex initiatives or multiple product domains. • Exceptional product judgment with the ability to navigate ambiguity, evaluate tradeoffs, and make high-quality strategic decisions. • Strong experience defining product strategy, prioritization, experimentation, and roadmaps. • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. • Ability to navigate ambiguity, make sound product decisions, and influence cross-functional teams. • Experience partnering closely with Engineering, Design, senior stakeholders, and senior leadership throughout the product lifecycle. • High degree of ownership, accountability, continuous learning, and bias toward action. Preferred Qualifications • Experience managing large-scale customer-facing e-commerce or omnichannel digital products. • Experience with experimentation platforms and modern product analytics tools such as Heap, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar. • Demonstrated curiosity for emerging AI technologies with hands-on experience using AI coding tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or similar) to prototype ideas, automate workflows, and build lightweight solutions. • Experience integrating modern SaaS commerce technologies, including search, personalization, content management, payments, customer engagement, or related platforms. Please note that you do not need to qualify for all requirements to be considered. We encourage you to apply if you can meet most of the requirements and are comfortable opening a dialog to be considered. Work Environment, Physical & Mental Demands • Ability to sit and work at a computer keyboard for extended periods of time • Ability to stoop, kneel, bend at the waist, and reach daily • Able to lift and move up to 25 pounds occasionally • Must utilize visual acuity, speech and hearing, hand and eye coordination and manual dexterity necessary to operate a computer and office equipment • Hours regularly 40 hours per week, as work dictates, in a remote work location.
