Location: United States — Remote Compensation: $200,000–$350,000 USD Start Date: ASAP Languages: Fluent English required Type: Full-time About the Opportunity Pragmatike is recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing technology company building critical infrastructure that powers high-volume, real-time business operations across multiple systems and platforms. We are seeking a Lead Product Manager to lead product strategy across major initiatives and help build a high-performing product organization. What You'll Do Define product strategy across multiple product areas. Lead complex product initiatives from discovery through scale. Partner with executive leadership on company priorities. Build and communicate multi-year product vision. Lead cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Design, and Go-to-Market. Mentor and develop product managers. Establish product processes, metrics, and standards. Drive major launches and strategic initiatives. Identify new market and product opportunities. What We're Looking For 8+ years of product management experience. Proven leadership across multiple product initiatives. Strong strategic and commercial thinking. Exceptional stakeholder and executive communication. Strong technical fluency. Demonstrated ability to build and improve product organizations. Nice to Have AI/ML products. Developer or infrastructure products. Scale-up experience. Experience managing or mentoring PM teams. Why Join?
