We are looking for a Lead Product Manager (Head of Activation stream) who will take ownership of the Acquisition → Activation funnel and drive conversion growth from ad click to first deposit. Your Mission: — Own the end-to-end Acquisition → Activation funnel (from ad click to first deposit); — Manage key product and business metrics within the stream; — Identify growth opportunities and launch hypotheses (A/B testing, data-driven approach); — Work with unit economics and monetization models; — Collaborate closely with marketing and align on joint initiatives; — Define activation strategy and align product decisions with key stakeholders. Your Unique Contribution: — 5+ years of experience in Product Management (B2C), including leadership experience; — 2+ years of team management experience ; — Proven track record of improving activation funnel metrics; — Strong data-driven mindset (A/B testing, event-based analytics, unit economics); — Experience working with OKRs/KPIs, roadmap, and backlog; — Deep uderstanding of user acquisition channels; — English level B2+. Will be a plus: — Experience working with high traffic volumes; — Experience in iGaming and understanding of key casino metrics.
