Lead Project Engineer

EazyCool is developing the next generation of our pool/spa cooling controller — a mains-powered, IP66 control box — including a Wi-Fi-enabled smart controller with a companion web interface for remote monitoring and control. Looking for a fractional/part-time engineering lead to own the controller hardware/firmware, pump control logic, and the web interface layer.

You've likely got:

• Designed and shipped a mains-powered or 12/24V hardware controller with embedded firmware (consumer, outdoor, pool/spa, irrigation, or HVAC ideal)
• Built or closely integrated a web interface / cloud layer for a connected hardware product
• Strong grounding in PCB design, firmware, and enclosure/mechanical integration
• Familiarity with RCM/electrical safety compliance
• Comfort working with contract manufacturers and PCB assembly houses

Details: Fractional engagement (retainer or day rate), 3–6 months initial with room to extend. Australia-based strongly preferred; remote open.
