About This Role
Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Recruiter within Talent Acquisition. This role will support Wealth and Investment Management (WIM), partnering closely with business leaders, hiring managers, Human Resources partners, and recruiting teams to deliver talent solutions in a fast-paced, highly regulated, revenue-generating environment.
This is a highly visible role requiring strong business acumen, operational excellence, and the ability to influence across multiple stakeholder groups. The Lead Recruiter will serve as a trusted talent advisor, helping leaders navigate complex hiring needs, drive recruiting outcomes, and remove obstacles throughout the hiring process. The role also provides leadership, coaching, and guidance to recruiters while helping establish best practices and improve team effectiveness.
In this role you will:
- Build strong partnerships with hiring leaders and key stakeholders by developing a deep understanding of business priorities, organizational dynamics, and talent needs.
- Lead and influence recruiting efforts in a fast-moving environment where speed, quality, and business outcomes are critical.
- Navigate complex hiring situations and stakeholder concerns with professionalism, confidence, discretion and sound judgment.
- Remove barriers, identify process improvement opportunities, and drive solutions that enhance recruiting efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide leadership and guidance to recruiters across the team, sharing expertise, promoting best practices, and supporting development.
- Leverage recruiting metrics, market intelligence, and data-driven insights to influence decisions and improve outcomes.
- Partner effectively across Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, Compensation, Risk, and other enterprise teams to deliver seamless hiring experiences.
- Lead or contribute to strategic recruiting initiatives, projects, and continuous improvement efforts that support broader Talent Acquisition objectives.
- Ensure operational excellence and adherence to all applicable policies, procedures, risk, and compliance requirements.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of Recruiting experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, or education.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience supporting fast-paced, nuanced businesses within financial services or other highly regulated industries.
- Demonstrated ability to build credibility and strong partnerships with business leaders, hiring managers, and Human Resources partners.
- Strong operational mindset with a track record of driving results, solving problems, and navigating complexity.
- Ability to remain effective in high-pressure situations while managing competing priorities and stakeholder expectations.
- Experience coaching, mentoring, or providing informal leadership to recruiting team members.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to quickly understand organizational priorities and talent implications.
- Experience consulting on complex compensation matters and offer negotiations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence across all levels of the organization.
- Experience identifying and implementing process improvements that increase speed, efficiency, and hiring outcomes.
- Knowledge of employment practices, recruiting regulations, and risk considerations within large organizations.

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
$100,000.00 - $179,000.00
