Job Description Domain: Manufacturing The Lead/Senior ERP Consultant will lead the implementation, customization, and optimization of Inivos' IFS ERP software platform for manufacturing clients. As a senior member of the Inivos team, you will play a key role in providing expert guidance and mentoring to the consultants and ensuring successful project delivery. Lead and manage the full lifecycle of IFS ERP implementation projects, from initial planning and scoping through to deployment and post-implementation support in the manufacturing domain. Understanding the business requirements and translate, configure and customize the IFS ERP system to meet the unique needs of manufacturing clients. Conduct gap analysis and provide recommendations for process improvements and system enhancements specific to manufacturing processes. Provide expert guidance and support to project teams and clients throughout the implementation process. Develop and deliver training programs for end-users to ensure successful adoption of the ERP system in manufacturing environments. Stay updated on the latest features and best practices of the IFS ERP software, with a focus on manufacturing industry trends and requirements. Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, chemical & process engineering, or a related discipline. 6+ Years of prior experience and a proven track record of successful completion of complex ERP implementation projects in a Tier 1 IFS ERP System in the Manufacturing domain. Expertise in manufacturing processes and strong knowledge of manufacturing modules in IFS ERP system. Demonstrated leadership skills and experience in leading and managing cross-functional teams. Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively interact with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders at all levels. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on providing innovative solutions to complex business challenges. Competitive compensation.
