Manage the full lifecycle of IFS ERP implementation projects, from initial planning and scoping through to deployment and post-implementation support in the manufacturing domain. Understanding the business requirements and translate, configure and customize the IFS ERP system to meet the unique needs of manufacturing clients. Conduct gap analysis and provide recommendations for process improvements and system enhancements specific to manufacturing processes. Provide expert guidance and support to project teams and clients throughout the implementation process. Develop and deliver training programs for end-users to ensure successful adoption of the ERP system in manufacturing environments. Stay updated on the latest features and best practices of the IFS ERP software, with a focus on manufacturing industry trends and requirements. Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, chemical & process engineering, or a related discipline. 1 - 3 years of experience with a proven track record in successfully delivering complex ERP implementation projects, specifically in IFS ERP within the manufacturing domain. Expertise in manufacturing processes and strong knowledge of manufacturing modules in IFS ERP system is a must. Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively interact with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders at all levels.
