Blinq is a growth partner for 7-figure, founder-led agencies in the DTC/ecommerce space - we build and run the content and outreach systems that turn cold Instagram and LinkedIn audiences into booked, pre-sold sales calls for our clients.

We're hiring a Lead Sourcing Specialist to own lead research across our client base - a foundational role, not a side gig, since our outreach engine runs on the quality of what this person finds.

What you'll do

• Identify and qualify 7-8 figure DTC brand owner/founder personal Instagram profiles - not brand accounts, not influencers - against criteria we provide and train you on
• Build and maintain qualified lead lists across multiple client accounts, each against its own target profile
• Deliver 200-300 qualified leads/week in a Google Sheet: handle, profile URL, follower count, niche (where identifiable), website
• Work independently once trained, using your own active Instagram account

Growth path

Deliver consistent quality, and this expands into LinkedIn lead sourcing and a job with more clients.

What we're looking for

• High accuracy and attention to detail - every lead you qualify matters
• Able to follow a defined process and methodology closely
• Strong self-management - a weekly deliverable role, not hourly supervision
• Active personal Instagram account
• Prior experience with lead research or list-building expected
• Prior experience in E-commerce industry is preferred
• Strong written English for reporting
