Job Description This is a remote position. About the Role We are looking for a Lead Supply Chain Planner to oversee end-to-end supply planning activities, ensuring seamless coordination between suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders. This role is responsible for maintaining supply continuity, managing inventory availability, supporting customer order fulfillment, and driving efficient inbound and outbound supply chain operations. Possible Shift Schedules (Manila Time) Vendor Support: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM Customer Support: 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM Shipping & Receiving Support: 4:00 AM – 1:00 PM Key Responsibilities Lead and support daily supply chain operations to ensure business objectives and service level targets are consistently achieved. Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely procurement and uninterrupted material availability. Manage material requisitions, customer orders, warehouse transfers, and inventory replenishment activities. Monitor inventory levels, stock allocation, and material consumption to support operational requirements and minimize supply disruptions. Execute key supply chain functions, including inventory control, stock counts, purchase order management, and demand planning. Build strong working relationships with vendors by providing timely updates on order status, shipment schedules, and issue resolution. Respond promptly to supplier inquiries while ensuring clear communication throughout the procurement process. Collaborate closely with Operations, Logistics, Shipping & Receiving, Production, Quality Control, Customer Support, and Project Management teams to ensure smooth operational execution. Maintain accurate supply chain documentation, inventory records, reports, claims, and tracking logs using Microsoft Excel and other business tools. Provide cross-functional support and backup coverage for other Supply Chain team members whenever necessary. Identify opportunities to improve supply chain processes, operational efficiency, and inventory management practices. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or any related field. At least 3-5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, Inventory Planning, or a related function. Experience within the Food Manufacturing, FMCG, Consumer Goods, or Food Distribution industry is highly preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams . Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrates sound judgment, accountability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Comfortable working under pressure while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
