Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Doncaster, with a blend of on-site work in alternative provision settings and some work from home. The Lead Teacher will design and deliver engaging, inclusive lessons, coordinate individualized learning plans, and provide educational leadership across alternative provision programmes. Teaching Assistants will support lesson delivery, offer one-to-one and small-group support, help manage classroom environments, and assist with the preparation of learning resources. All team members will work closely with schools, families, and external partners to ensure students feel safe, supported, and motivated to learn. Typical responsibilities include monitoring progress, contributing to behaviour and safeguarding plans, maintaining accurate records, and participating in training, planning meetings, and reflective practice to continuously improve provision.
