Lead Technical Analyst – Oracle HCM

ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM As part of the Technology function, you will lead the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of HCM solutions supporting critical People processes. This is a hands-on technical leadership role combining deep Oracle HCM expertise with end-to-end ownership and stakeholder engagement. WHAT YOU’LL DO Own end-to-end delivery of HCM application changes (requirements through to deployment and support) Lead solution design, prioritising standard Oracle HCM functionality Act as the technical lead for HCM modules (Core, Talent, Compensation) Design and support integrations using APIs, extracts, and data loads Translate business requirements into scalable solutions Collaborate with stakeholders and third-party providers Ensure delivery on time, within budget, and meeting quality expectations Drive continuous improvement and process optimisation Provide guidance to junior team members and external partners Ensure compliance with governance, security, and SDLC standards Qualifications ABOUT YOUR SKILLS 8+ years in enterprise application delivery including Oracle HCM Cloud University degree or equivalent preferably in Computer Science Engineering Mathematics or similar. Proven end-to-end lifecycle delivery experience Strong HCM functional and technical understanding Experience with integration, reporting, and enterprise architecture Strong stakeholder engagement and requirement analysis skills Ability to balance technical design with business value Experience estimating effort, timelines, and delivery costs Knowledge of security, governance, and IT standards NICE-TO-HAVE Experience with data platforms (e.g. Fabric, Power BI) Experience in aviation or complex global industries Strong documentation and communication skills WHAT WE OFFER We’re all about diversity.
