Who We Are

At Kyndryl, we design, build, manage and modernize the mission-critical technology systems that the world depends on every day. So why work at Kyndryl? We are always moving forward – always pushing ourselves to go further in our efforts to build a more equitable, inclusive world for our employees, our customers and our communities.

The Role

Kyndryl seeks a Lead, Corporate Communications to join the U.S. Corporate Affairs team and lead communications for our U.S. Go-to-Market (sales) organization and AI Innovation Lab in Dallas. This role will translate GTM priorities into clear, relevant communications and resources that help sellers in their conversations to help expand scope with existing customers and attract new customers. The role will also support Corporate Affairs priorities at the Lab, specifically with employee communications, local media relations, social media, community and government relations support that forward the Company’s business priorities in the Dallas-Fort Worth market.

This role requires a strategic communicator with strong business acumen who can serve as an advisor to U.S. GTM stakeholders, understand the business need behind a request and recommend the communications approach that will have the greatest impact.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a strategic communications advisor to U.S. GTM stakeholders, translating business priorities into effective communications approaches for sellers.
  • Develop seller-focused communications and content, including messaging guides, one-pagers, newsletters and toolkits, that help the field understand and activate GTM priorities, resources, thought leadership and customer stories.
  • Support priority industry-specific sales communications and adapt global and U.S. content to increase its relevance for U.S. GTM and industry audiences.
  • Communicate and amplify U.S. GTM enablement programs in partnership with the teams that develop and deliver them.
  • Manage and evolve the U.S. GTM communications ecosystem, including SharePoint, Win Wire and other recurring communications, identifying opportunities to simplify communications, reduce duplication and help sellers focus on what matters.
  • Use audience insights and engagement data to evaluate and improve communications.
  • Help coordinate Corporate Affairs priorities and activities at the AI Innovation Lab, building relationships across the Lab and U.S. business to identify opportunities where Corporate Affairs can add value and connect the right teams and resources.
  • Support customer, community, media (traditional and social) government and other Corporate Affairs activities and opportunities associated with the Lab as needed.
  • Represent Corporate Affairs at select U.S. GTM meetings, seller trainings, Lab activities and other in-person engagements.
  • Support broader U.S. Corporate Affairs priorities and initiatives as needed.

Preferred Experience and Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in corporate communications (internal/external) or a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to serve as a strategic communications advisor to senior leaders, using business context to shape recommendations.
  • Strong business judgment and confidence to ask questions, constructively challenge assumptions and recommend the right approach rather than simply execute requests.
  • Exceptional English writing and editing skills, with the ability to make complex business topics clear, concise and useful.
  • Experience in a B2B environment; IT services or technology experience preferred.
  • Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills, with experience working across functions in a global, matrixed organization.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders with a high degree of independence.
  • Experience managing digital communications channels and content, including SharePoint or similar platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to use AI to accelerate thinking, research and content development while applying independent judgment and editorial expertise.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
