As Lead UX/UI Designer at JustPlay, you’ll shape the design vision and elevate our product design function. As a leader, you’ll coach, mentor, and grow designers, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and learning. You’ll work closely with cross-functional partners to deliver both bold long-term ideas and immediate, high-impact improvements. Job requirements 5+ years’ experience leading a mobile product design team, ideally within entertainment or gaming Experience scaling or refining established design teams and processes A portfolio showcasing impactful mobile design work Proven expertise in gamification and user engagement Expert proficiency in Figma Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to craft Nice to Have Background in loyalty or rewards platforms Mobile gaming experience.
