Our ecommerce platform runs in Azure and in our own private cloud. You will be familiar with cloud technologies, cloud hosting, containerization and orchestration, or be willing to learn. You will have experience of the full software development lifecycle, along with an appreciation of quality assurance, continuous integration/delivery, and the benefits of automation. You will have a proven track record of design, development, and testing, of fast, scalable, and architecturally robust solutions. You will be committed to staying up to date with the latest technology and industry trends, continuously looking for ways to apply them for our benefit. What you will be responsible for: Hands-on coding and delivering large scale development projects with your team Ensuring your team delivers their projects in an agile manner Improving the software development process using the latest technologies Regularly liaising with business stakeholders and senior leaders Defining technical solutions and requirements You will have significant experience of the following: C# / ASP.Net Core MVC / .Net Core Javascript HTML 5 / CSS Relational and NoSQL databases Microservices architecture Nice to have: Elasticsearch Apache Kafka / Azure ESB React or Angular Frasers Group started as a small store in Maidenhead in 1982 and from there, grew to become a global powerhouse. Our platform runs over 50 websites - including some of the biggest names in Retail. We are an exciting and innovative company, and our Elevation strategy is enabling growth in difficult times.
