Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 Work Shift: 8pm to 5am (Philippines) Job summary The Workforce Management (WFM) and Business Continuity (BCM) Lead coordinates workforce forecasting, scheduling, and intraday management within the Global Business Services (GBS) organization , as well as business continuity planning, testing, execution, and monitoring to ensure staffing efficiency and operational resilience. The role owns simple to mid-complex analyses and plans using standard WFM tools and established business continuity methodologies and provides actionable recommendations to operational leaders. This position drives measurable benefits by reducing overtime, improving adherence and utilization, and strengthening organizational recovery readiness. Essential functions Lead end-to-end workforce management, including volume forecasting, capacity modeling, and staffing schedule development to meet service-level targets. Monitor adherence, shrinkage, and intraday performance; drive real-time and near-term staffing adjustments in partnership with operations leaders. Develop and publish WFM dashboards and reports with clear operational and executive commentary; ensure data integrity, lineage, and version control. Lead the development, maintenance, and governance of Business Continuity Plans (BCP) in alignment with enterprise BCM and regulatory requirements. Plan, coordinate, and execute BCP tests and exercises (table-top and simulation); document outcomes, identify gaps, and drive remediation to closure. Maintain BCM risk registers, issue logs, and action trackers; provide regular status updates and recommendations to leadership. Develop and publish BCM dashboards and reports, ensuring audit readiness, accuracy, and clear executive-level insights. Partner with functional, transition, IT, Facilities, HR, and training leads to align workforce capacity and continuity strategies across transition waves, peak periods, and disruption scenarios. Education Bachelor’s degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, or related field (required) Experience 5 years in workforce planning/scheduling or business continuity support (required) Skills and abilities Forecasting and scheduling Intraday management BCP documentation and testing KPI dashboarding WFM platform training/certification; ISO 22301 awareness (preferred).
