Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Skills and Client Relations experience
• Exceptional Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proven Client Service expertise with a focus on delivering client satisfaction
• Analytical Skills to assess client feedback and propose effective solutions
• Ability to work independently and manage remote responsibilities efficiently
• Prior experience in the insurance, financial services industry or client service field is a plus
• Authorized to work in Canada
• Physically based in one of the following Canadian Provinces: British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario or Newfoundland
