Leadership & Client Development Consultant – Remote

We’re looking for a Leadership & Client Development Consultant who enjoys connecting with people, asking good questions and building genuine professional relationships.

You’ll work remotely within the leadership education sector, using established systems and a structured process to connect with individuals who are exploring a different way of working and growing professionally.

This opportunity suits someone who is comfortable taking initiative, managing their own time and being accountable for their own results.

Requirements

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has 8+ years of professional work experience
  
• Communicates confidently and enjoys working with people
  
• Has experience building professional or client relationships
  
• Is comfortable working independently and managing their own schedule.
  
• Can follow a proven process while still bringing their own personality.
  
• Is open to developing new business, communication and digital skills
  
• Is motivated by growth, flexibility and greater personal choice
  
• Is legally authorised to work in New Zealand
  

Experience in leadership, business development, client engagement, consulting, sales or relationship management is valuable, but we’re equally interested in the person behind the experience.
