About the Role

As a Leadership Development Consultant, you'll engage with professionals exploring personal and professional growth, guiding them through an established discovery process and introducing them to transformational leadership and personal development programs.

You'll be supported by proven systems, professional mentorship and ongoing training while working remotely with the flexibility to manage your own schedule.

In this role you'll learn how to:

• Connect with professionals exploring new possibilities

• Conduct structured discovery conversations

• Guide qualified applicants through an established interview process

• Build authentic relationships through meaningful communication

• Leverage modern digital marketing and AI tools

• Continue developing your own leadership and professional skills

What We're Looking For

We're seeking professionals who:

• Have previous leadership, management or professional experience

• Communicate confidently and authentically

• Enjoy personal growth and continuous learning

• Are self-motivated and able to work independently

• Are coachable and open to following proven systems

• Think strategically and enjoy meaningful conversations

• Can commit a minimum of 15 hours per week
