📅 What a Typical Remote Workday May Include

Candidates should understand what the position actually looks like before applying.

A typical day may involve a combination of:

Client Outreach & Appointment Scheduling

Connect with interested clients, confirm appointments, conduct follow-up, and maintain an organized appointment schedule.

Virtual Client Meetings

Meet with clients through Zoom or phone to learn about their needs and discuss available benefit options.

📞 Qualified Client Opportunities — No Traditional Cold Calling

Representatives have access to qualified client opportunities, including individuals and families who have requested or expressed interest in receiving information regarding available benefits.

You are not required to purchase leads.

The position may involve outbound calls, appointment scheduling, and client follow-up; however, representatives are not expected to rely solely on randomly calling consumers who have never expressed interest.

The client process generally follows:

Connect → Understand → Educate → Recommend → Enroll → Support

This allows representatives to focus on meaningful conversations, client relationships, and service.

Please review the compensation structure before applying.

This is not a guaranteed hourly or salaried customer-service or management position.

Compensation opportunities may include:
