You'll speak with parents and help them choose the best tutoring support for their kids. This is an outbound B2C phone sales role with warm, qualified leads, so there's no cold calling. What you'll do Chat with parents to understand their child's learning needs Run confident, consultative sales conversations Hit and smash your sales targets with energy and determination Stay positive and resilient on the phones Take feedback on board and keep levelling up What we're after Valid Australian work rights and the ability to commit to a minimum of 6 months full-time 1–2 years' B2C call centre sales experience, in Australia or overseas (account management or B2B won't translate) A competitive, driven mindset (sports or performance backgrounds thrive here) Strong numerical and communication skills Mature, coachable, and ready to hit the ground running Education sales experience is a bonus but not required What we offer Base salary plus uncapped monthly commissions, with OTE of around $8K–$9K per month and top performers earning much more.
