Role Description

The Learning and Capability Development Consultant is a full-time or part-time remote role responsible for supporting clients in their personal, leadership, and entrepreneurial growth.

The role includes contributing to continuous improvement and sharing insights to enhance client outcomes. Responsibilities include conducting virtual mentoring sessions, supporting clients in clarifying their goals and helping them design a values-aligned business and income pathways.

Qualifications

• Consulting skills to assess client needs and guide development strategies.
• Strong communication skills to build trust and convey concepts clearly.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively and use digital collaboration tools.
• Demonstrated interest in people, personal development, entrepreneurship, or purpose-led work is an advantage.
• Suitable for experienced coaches, mentors, or leaders with a background in education, psychology, human resources, organisational development, or a related field is advantageous.
