About the role
Infotek Consulting is hiring Learning Solutions Architects for one of Canada’s Big 5 banks. You’ll be the strategic L&D partner to business leaders and HR, owning the learning strategy and multi-year roadmap for your portfolio. That means diagnosing capability gaps, designing blended learning programs that actually move the needle, and making sure they’re measurable and evaluated.
What you’ll do
- Act as primary point of contact and strategic partner to business leaders, HRBPs, and Talent & Learning COE leads
- Lead performance consulting and needs analysis to diagnose gaps and recommend solutions
- Build and execute long-term learning strategies and roadmaps aligned to business and enterprise goals
- Build business cases for learning investments and define rollout plans with senior leadership
- Advise stakeholders on learning modalities, new approaches, and what will (and won’t) work
- Map existing learning assets to new and current capabilities
- Manage vendor and external learning partner relationships, including negotiation
- Report on progress, manage escalations, and drive process improvements that reduce cost or create capacity
What you bring
- 8 to 10 years in corporate Learning & Development within a large organization
- Proven track record designing and launching a complete learning program end to end (this is essential)
- Deep grounding in adult learning principles and blended learning design, including measurement and evaluation
- Learning consultation and performance consulting experience
- Experience with onboarding and compliance learning programs
- Vendor management and negotiation skills
- Strong stakeholder management, influence, and communication; high EQ
- MS Office 365, Teams, Word, and intermediate Excel (pivot tables, charts, formulas)
- Hands-on use of AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot
- Post-secondary education plus L&D or Adult Education certification
Nice to have
- Banking or financial services experience
Please note: This is a learning strategy and design role, not a project management role.
Interview process: First round virtual, second round in person.
All offers are conditional on successful completion of a background check.
