Learning and Development Lead

We're looking for an experienced Learning & Development Consultant to own and elevate our training function in Phoenix and remotely support our NYC office. What you'll be doing As our Learning & Development Consultant you'll play a critical role in developing recruiters from their first day through every stage of their career.
