You’ll use an established, consultative process to: Connect with professionals who have expressed interest in exploring new possibilities Conduct discovery conversations to understand goals, priorities, and alignment Identify and qualify prospective clients Introduce qualified individuals to established leadership and personal development programs Apply strong communication and relationship-building skills to guide conversations and next steps Build and nurture professional relationships through thoughtful follow-up Use established marketing strategies and shared best practices to generate warm interest and develop your pipeline Manage prospective client activity and follow-up using CRM and digital communication tools Participate in ongoing leadership, learning, and professional development training Step-by-step systems, comprehensive training, and ongoing support are provided. You’ll work independently while staying connected to an established global professional community where people share ideas, experiences, and best practices — offering the autonomy of self-directed work without having to navigate everything alone.
