You have an opportunity. To bring your energy, innovative approach and creativity to help bring the best medicines to patients. You will also be able to learn more about the exciting and dynamic world of the biopharmaceutical industry.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work closely within the Learning and Development team to help execute key defined projects. Supporting and collaborating with Learning colleagues on work including but not limited to, development of learning materials, materials approval process, supporting workshop deployment etc. Lilly wants to be the leader in this new approach, and we know you can play a big part in this change.

Our team is small, open and collaborative. We aim to provide a start-up culture environment, within the larger umbrella of a global pharmaceutical company. We will work collaboratively and quickly to innovate in our way of working. You will have broad exposure to different business areas within Lilly and will gain a rich experience in the pharma industry.

What you can expect:

  • Developing novel business solutions to specific business challenges for the affiliate, with the opportunity to work with senior leadership
  • Contributing to our ongoing capability and skills development activities with internal audiences
  • Leading and participating in company-wide team building activities for Lilly
  • Updating existing documentation and guidelines within Lilly

Who we are looking for...

Education and qualifications:

  • University degree – ongoing
  • Learning agility, collaborative approach, team player attitude
  • Organization, communication and project management skills
  • Flexibility to work in and with different functions: sales / marketing / medical

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

  • Number of vacancies: 1
  • Start and end dates: January 4th, 2027 to December 23rd, 2027
  • Potential for an earlier start in December 2026 in a part-time and remote model for proactive onboarding, after which resuming to a full-time hybrid model January 2027. Subject to the needs of the team, and availability.

  • This is a hybrid role – onsite presence at our downtown Toronto office will be at least 10 days per month, determined in collaboration with your manager and based on business needs. You will be eligible to receive a per diem for each day you work on site.
  • Interns are eligible for paid vacation and sick days.

Actual compensation will depend on a candidate’s education, experience, skills, and geographic location. The anticipated wage for this position is

$29/hour

Full-time equivalent employees may also be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance).
