The RoleWe are seeking an experienced Learning & Development Manager to lead and enhance learning initiatives across the organization. This role is ideal for a strategic and people-focused professional who can identify development needs, design effective learning programs, and connect employee development with business objectives.
You will work with managers and teams to strengthen skills, improve performance, support career development, and build scalable learning solutions for a distributed workforce.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement learning and development strategies aligned with business priorities.
- Conduct training needs assessments across departments and employee groups.
- Design engaging learning programs, workshops, and development initiatives.
- Coordinate onboarding, professional development, leadership, and skills-based training.
- Partner with managers to identify capability gaps and development priorities.
- Manage learning calendars, training schedules, materials, and resources.
- Support virtual, instructor-led, blended, and self-directed learning programs.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance indicators.
- Track participation, completion, learning outcomes, and development progress.
- Develop career development and succession-support initiatives where appropriate.
- Work with internal subject-matter experts and external learning providers.
- Introduce modern learning technologies, digital resources, and knowledge-sharing practices.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional improvement.
- Prepare L&D reports, insights, and recommendations for management.
- Maintain organized learning documentation, policies, and program records.
- 3+ years of professional experience in Learning & Development, Training, HR, Talent Development, or a related field preferred.
- Bachelorโs degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, training design, and employee development.
- Experience creating and managing training programs from concept through evaluation.
- Strong communication, facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Comfortable working with learning platforms, collaboration tools, and digital training resources.
- Ability to analyze learning needs and translate them into practical development solutions.
- Strong organizational and project-management abilities with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and effectively within a fully remote environment.
- Professional certifications are not required unless relevant to the role.
