Learning & Development Specialist

Job Description This is a remote position. Manning Global, an Internationally renowned staffing and managed services organization specializing in providing staffing solutions for leading corporations in AI, IT & Telecoms, Engineering, Digital Media, Automotive and Renewable Energy is seeking a qualified, independent Learning & Development Specialist Consultant or specialized service provider to support an upcoming project. This engagement focuses strictly on achieving key milestones as per the SOW. Project duration: Targeted Timeframe for SOW Milestones Anticipated Project Start: August 2026 Project Delivery: Costa Rica/Remote Contact for B2B Inquiries Senior Business Manager on: +49 (0) 89 23 88 98 62 Scope of Work: Helping to manage the team’s data portfolio across a variety of tools (Excel, Oracle, Pluralsight) Being a subject matter expert for all things related to GTD and associated HR data Creating cyclical reports, scorecards/dashboards, executive presentations on key metrics for internal teams including the use of graphs, infographics and other methods to visualize data Structuring large data sets to find usable information and helping create data-driven insights that inform program creation and developmental investments Participating in design and execution of projects related to data, analytics and reporting, and supporting ad hoc requests and project work Collaborating within Global Talent Development to gather and assess data and to establish KPIs to measure and improve the effectiveness of core GTD initiatives 2-3 years of experience (Junior Level) Demonstrate experience in a similar reporting role and understand overall data management, governance, reporting, and analytics Have good understanding of Microsoft suite, specifically advanced Microsoft Excel skills including proficiency with complex pivot tables, Power Query, VBA/Macros, and data analysis functions Have good understanding of Google suite, specifically Google Sheets and Looker Studio skills including proficiency with complex pivot tables, Apps Scripts and data analysis functions Exposure to designing, building, and maintaining interactive data visualizations and dashboards across Excel, Google Sheets, and Looker Studio Demonstrate impressive analytical skills and be able to analyze and organize complex data sets Have the ability to effectively manage and work with sensitive / confidential HR data Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to interact effectively with all levels throughout the organization Demonstrate remarkable attention to detail, an ability to prioritize and review projects before completion Advanced English
