Learning Experience Designer III creates high quality, interactive learning and certification content by leveraging the latest technology and adult learning theory for a highly variable AEC customer base. They are comfortable with learning design theories, and use them to effectively execute content design and creation. They collaborate with all members of the Customer Enablement team to ensure high quality deliverables and maintain a customer-first mindset. About the Role: Creates high-quality, interactive learning and certification content by leveraging the latest technology and adult learning theory. Works with internal subject matter experts to collect content, identify objectives, design course interactions, develop storyboards, and create assessments with minimal oversight. Runs assigned projects with some assistance from their manager. Serves as a cross-functional partner to the Professional Services team by collaborating on learning content creation as well as aligning past courses across teams. Analyzes target audience and program needs, identifies learning objectives, and creates a thoughtful learning experience for our AEC customer base. Conducts thoughtful and curious research to better understand and speak to our customers. Responsible for project documentation and course folders Responsible for the quality of customer education content.
