Job Title: LMS Administrator

Location: Colombia - Remote

Duration: 12 months


Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled System Design Specialist to support the configuration, optimization, integration, and implementation of digital learning initiatives within a global Learning Management System (LMS) environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in LMS administration, APIs, data integrations, ETL, workflow automation, and application support. This role will collaborate with cross-functional business teams and external vendors to maintain a reliable, scalable, and efficient learning technology ecosystem.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure, test, and optimize new LMS features and connected learning technologies.
  • Manage and support LMS configurations, workflows, integrations, and system enhancements.
  • Leverage ETL processes, Microsoft Power Automate, and other automation tools to streamline workflows and improve data accuracy.
  • Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot APIs and data integrations between the LMS and enterprise applications.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors to ensure system reliability and seamless user experiences.
  • Analyze system data, usage trends, and performance metrics to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
  • Support system implementations, upgrades, global rollouts, and digital learning projects.
  • Perform system testing, validation, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
  • Provide technical support and resolve incidents and service requests through ServiceNow.
  • Troubleshoot integration, configuration, workflow, and data-related issues and drive timely resolution.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, configuration guides, process documentation, and system standards.
  • Contribute to the ongoing design, enhancement, and evolution of the organization's global learning technology ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure solutions align with business requirements, project timelines, and operational standards.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) administration, configuration, or technical support.
  • Strong understanding of APIs and enterprise system integrations.
  • Experience with ETL processes, data transformation, data validation, and data integration.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate and workflow automation.
  • Experience troubleshooting enterprise applications and resolving production issues.
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow for incident and service-request management.
  • Experience with system testing, UAT, integration testing, and system implementations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to analyze system data and identify process or system improvements.
  • Experience creating technical documentation and process guides.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external technology vendors.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting enterprise or global LMS platforms.
  • Experience with LMS platforms such as Cornerstone, Workday Learning, SAP SuccessFactors Learning, Oracle Learning, Docebo, Moodle, or similar systems.
  • Experience working with REST APIs, JSON, web services, or middleware/integration platforms.
  • Experience supporting large-scale system rollouts or digital transformation initiatives.
  • Experience working in a global, multi-region environment.
