- Lead the selection and implementation of new and existing learning technologies, tools, integrations and system enhancements, translating user and business needs into requirements and user stories.
- Partner with Quality and Compliance teams to support a smooth handoff from onboarding to role-specific GxP training and to support audit readiness.
- Manage training matrices, course assignments, approvals, communications and KPI reporting, and drive completion through leaders and managers, escalating when needed.
- Maintain LMS data feeds and integrations to ensure data accuracy and reliable reporting.
- Ensure course content and system functionality are tested across supported platforms, including user acceptance testing.
- Provide LMS guidance, training and support to users, administrators, global business units and subsidiaries, and drive continuous improvement based on case management data.

- Bachelor's degree in Learning & Development, Instructional Design, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Information Systems or Business; Master's a plus.
- 7+ years in L&D, including managing an enterprise LMS/LXP (Cornerstone, Docebo, Workday Learning, SuccessFactors, Degreed or similar) and designing and delivering programs in a global or matrixed organization.
- Proven experience owning LMS administration, governance and roadmaps, and leading end-to-end selection and implementation of learning technology.
- Expertise in adult learning theory and design methods
- Experience applying human-centered design to the learner experience: user research, journey mapping, personas, prototyping and testing.
- Proficiency with authoring tools, content libraries and video; experience coaching designers and SMEs.
- Demonstrated success translating L&D strategy into prioritized programs aligned to talent and business needs, with strong program management skills (communications, administration, evaluation).
- Continuous-improvement, agile mindset; strong stakeholder influence and facilitation skills.
- Desired: Familiarity with regulated environments and the onboarding-to-GxP handoff.
