Learning Specialist, Delivery

Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring for two Learning Specialist, Delivery positions (one on a permanent basis and one on a temporary term, up to 12 months). These roles are a great fit for a problem solver with strong communication skills and emotional intelligence. The successful candidates will oversee content delivery for a diverse audience across the Co-operative Retailing System (CRS). These positions offer remote work with the expectation of travel for workshop facilitation. The successful candidates can be based across Western Canada. What you’ll do: Facilitate impactful workshops, leadership programs, and learning initiatives that build capability and engagement across the CRS. Deliver training using diverse delivery methods including VILT & in-person offerings to learners at all organizational levels. Collaborate with vendors, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure successful program delivery and strong partnerships. Ensure learning content & delivery methods remain current, relevant, and cost-effective while meeting the needs of the CRS. Who you’ll work with: You will report to the Manager, Learning & Development as part of a team that values collaboration, relationship building, and support. You will also work collaboratively with other Learning Specialists and our Employee Experience team to ensure overall alignment in Learning strategies. Who you are: You are looking for a career in human resources & learning and: Have 3-6 years of relevant experience in learning delivery. Have a bachelor’s degree in business or education (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered). Have experience in applying adult learning principles (considered an asset).
