Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist (12‑Month Contract) Eleven‑x is a leading provider of smart parking and urban mobility solutions, helping cities and organizations make better infrastructure decisions through data. As we scale rapidly, we’re looking for a Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist to support a high volume of hiring across technical and business roles. This 12‑month contract role will focus on building strong technical talent pipelines while also supporting broader hiring needs during an initial ramp‑up period. What You’ll Do Own full-cycle recruitment, from intake through offer Partner with hiring leaders to define hiring needs and build effective sourcing strategies Source and engage talent across multiple roles Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines in competitive technical markets, including Full Stack, Front-End, and Back-End Developers, as well as Quality Assurance professionals Support hiring across sales and operations roles during the early part of the contract as hiring demand scales Deliver a consistent and positive candidate experience Manage interview coordination and hiring workflows Maintain accurate data in the applicant tracking system and track recruitment metrics Support fair and compliant hiring practices aligned with Ontario employment and human rights standards What You Bring 3–5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, with a strong focus on technical hiring Demonstrated success recruiting for roles such as developers, hardware engineers, QA, and UI/UX Ability to adapt between technical and non-technical hiring in a fast-paced, scaling environment Exposure to and ability to use AI tools for hiring and an understanding how AI is changing the hiring landscape Experience hiring in the US and working with employers of record Strong sourcing capability, particularly for hard-to-fill technical roles Comfortable engaging passive candidates and building pipelines Clear, professional communication and strong stakeholder collaboration skills Familiarity with ATS platforms and modern sourcing tools Working knowledge of Ontario employment standards and inclusive hiring practices Inclusion and Accessibility We are committed to building an inclusive and diverse organization and encourage all qualified individuals to apply.
