Silicon Valley Construction Services is looking for an experienced Commercial Leasing Specialist to help lease office suites in San Leandro, California.

What You'll Do

• Generate qualified tenant leads
• Market available commercial office spaces
• Schedule and conduct property tours
• Negotiate lease agreements
• Build relationships with businesses and commercial tenants
• Drive occupancy and lease closures

Compensation

Month 1: Performance-Based

• Earn one month's rent for every successfully leased unit. ($400-$1000)

Month 2 Onwards:

• Fixed Base Salary: USD $300/month
• Plus additional performance incentives.
