Leasing Specialist:

Silicon Valley Construction Services (SVCS) is seeking a results-driven Leasing Specilaist to help lease our available commercial office spaces in San Leandro, California. We are looking for someone who can generate quality leasing leads, identify and engage potential tenants, conduct effective follow-ups, schedule property viewings, and successfully convert prospects into signed leases. This role is ideal for someone who is confident in commercial leasing and motivated by performance-based earning potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate qualified leads Identify and engage potential tenants for available commercial units.
• Conduct consistent prospect follow-ups and maintain an active leasing pipeline.
• Qualify prospects based on their leasing needs and requirements.
• Build strong relationships with prospects and support a smooth leasing process.
• Work closely with the property management team to ensure available units are actively marketed and leased.
• Take ownership of leasing targets and contribute directly to increasing property occupancy.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in commercial leasing, real estate, or property management preferred.
• Proven ability to generate leads and convert prospects into leases.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently.

Working Hours

• Flexible schedule in remote environment
• Compensation will be performance-based your earnings will be directly tied to your leased Units.
