Are you a results-driven sales or lettings professional looking to step into commercial property asset management?
The Arch Company is the UK’s largest small business landlord. We manage a unique portfolio of over 5,000 railway arches, business estates, and historic station buildings. Backed by Blackstone, we are investing heavily in our estate to support entrepreneurs and create thriving communities.
We are looking for a proactive Leasing Manager to support a Senior Leasing Manager, take ownership of transactions, and drive leasing performance across an exciting portfolio.
Key Accountabilities
🔑 What You’ll Do
You will manage the customer journey from the initial enquiry all the way to lease completion:
- Drive Deals: Negotiate lease terms, prepare Heads of Terms, and manage transactions from start to finish.
- Lead Marketing & Viewings: Create marketing particulars, host viewings/open days, and conduct portfolio tours for corporate clients.
- Streamline Operations: Conduct tenant due diligence, collaborate with Finance and Credit Control, and ensure seamless handovers.
- Compliance & Strategy: Secure necessary property certifications (EPCs, asbestos reports) and attend strategy meetings to review void schedules and lettings performance.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience

Essential:
- Strong Communicator: Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to build relationships with diverse small business owners.
- Highly Organised: Ability to manage lease administration, timelines, and cross-departmental data accurately.
- Industry Passion: A genuine, demonstrable interest in property and asset management.
Desirable:
- A valid UK driving licence.
- Degree-educated (preferably MRICS or working towards it).
