Join The Spiggle Law Firm’s mission to advocate for employees. We are seeking a highly organized, detail‑oriented Legal Administrative Assistant to support our legal team.
In this role, you will primarily assist our four Legal Assistants, focusing on opening new matters accurately and efficiently. Responsibilities include opening files, conducting conflict checks, reassigning matters, and setting up files in our client portal. You’ll also provide ongoing administrative support and assist with projects as needed.

Compensation: $1,400 per month
Work Environment: Fully remote
Position Type: Full‑time
The Role
You will play a key behind‑the‑scenes role in ensuring new matters are properly opened and organized so our legal team can begin work promptly. Success requires exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and reliability. You should be comfortable managing multiple priorities, learning new systems, and adapting as team needs evolve.
Key Responsibilities
- Open new client matters and ensure files are complete and accurate
- Conduct conflict checks per firm procedures
- Reassign matters to appropriate team members
- Set up new matters in the client portal and case management systems
- Maintain organized electronic client files and records
- Provide ongoing administrative support to Legal Assistants
- Update client and matter information in firm systems
- Assist with document organization, data entry, and other tasks
- Communicate with team members regarding file status and missing information
- Handle confidential information with discretion

Qualifications
- Previous administrative experience required; law firm or professional services preferred
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office
