Legal Affairs Manager

We are looking for a Legal Affairs Manager for Adhesives Business Unit, based in Rotterdam, for a temporary assignment of 5 months,

How you make the difference

You provide strategic and operational legal support in an international environment. You act as a trusted advisor to management and business stakeholders, contributing to the development and implementation of robust legal and compliance frameworks. You work closely with the Legal & Compliance team at group level.

How your agenda looks like:

• Review, draft and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements
• Day to day Legal advice
• Product, packaging and regulatory matters
• Coordinate trademark registrations, watch notices, oppositions
• Advise on data processing arrangements
• Protect company intellectual property and brand protection

Your team:

You will report hierarchically to the Group Chief Legal & Compliance Officer and work closely with the CFO of Bolton Adhesives. You will collaborate with colleagues across the Group Legal & Compliance network to align and execute initiatives.

What makes you a great fit:

• Education: University degree in Law.
• Work Experience: 7–10 years of work experience, preferably in multinational companies. Experience with contract management, compliance, and/or product compliance is a prerequisite
• The ability to work independently and make sound legal judgments in a short-term assignment.
• Languages: good command of Dutch and English, both written and spoken.

Structured, Analytical, reliable and have an independent and hands-on work approach. You have a commercial mindset and You’ve got openness to feedback, process optimization, and tech adoption. You are able to handle pressure, conflict and competing priorities.
