Legal AI Implementation & Training Lawyer

We are looking for a highly experienced lawyer with strong knowledge of U.S. law, hands-on AI implementation experience, and excellent training and client-facing skills for the position of Legal AI Implementation & Training Lawyer.

Results-driven lawyer with experience working at a U.S. law firm, preferably in real estate law, and practical experience using artificial intelligence to improve and automate legal processes. Skilled at training attorneys and legal teams on AI tools, designing legal workflows, creating prompt playbooks, and supporting technology implementation. Adept at working directly with clients, conducting live demonstrations, measuring adoption and operational impact, and ensuring compliance with U.S. legal ethics, confidentiality, and verification requirements.

The hourly rate is USD 45 to USD 55 per hour, depending on the candidate’s experience and seniority. The selected candidate will work Monday through Friday.

Candidates from Latin American countries may be considered. Candidates in a time zone outside of the Western Hemisphere will NOT be considered. The role is 100% remote, with occasional regional travel for client workshops and implementation kickoffs.

Responsibilities:

• Identify legal processes that can be improved, streamlined, or automated using AI.
• Design and deliver AI workshops and monthly training sessions for attorneys and legal teams.
• Train clients on tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Spellbook, Harvey, Clio, and similar platforms.
• Create prompt playbooks, training materials, and reusable legal AI workflows.
• Implement and support AI tools within law firm operations.
• Conduct live demonstrations using real legal documents and processes.
• Track training hours, adoption, time savings, and operational improvements.
• Prepare client-facing reports related to AI implementation and return on investment.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. legal ethics, confidentiality, data protection, and verification requirements.
• Manage client relationships and support additional consulting and implementation needs.

Requirements:

• Fluent in English, YOU MUST BE ABLE TO HAVE A FLUENT PROFESSIONAL CONVERSATION IN ENGLISH
• Law degree and professional experience as a lawyer.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. law is mandatory.
• Previous experience working at a U.S. law firm is required.
• Experience in real estate law is strongly preferred.
• Hands-on experience implementing AI within legal workflows.
• Practical experience using ChatGPT for real legal work.
• Experience with multiple legal AI tools, such as Spellbook, Harvey, Clio, Claude, or Gemini.
• Experience training attorneys or legal professionals on AI or legal technology.
• Strong presentation, consulting, project management, and client-facing skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
