Rose Harper Law, LLC is seeking a high-performing Personal Injury Case Manager to join our growing remote team.

About the Role

As a Case Manager, you will be responsible for driving cases from intake through settlement readiness, ensuring timely treatment, complete documentation, and an exceptional client experience.

This is a KPI-driven role where your performance directly impacts case velocity, client satisfaction, and firm profitability.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a caseload of 120–200 personal injury cases (pre-litigation & litigation support)
  • Ensure clients begin and continue medical treatment without gaps
  • Monitor case progress and proactively move cases toward demand readiness
  • Identify and secure all medical records, bills, and supporting documentation
  • Maintain organized, attorney-ready files at all times
  • Communicate consistently with clients and educate them on the process
  • Identify and track liens (Medicare, Medicaid, private, ERISA)
  • Support attorneys with demands, case summaries, and litigation prep
  • Escalate delays, risks, or stagnation issues immediately

Performance Expectations (KPIs)

  • Cases moving efficiently toward MMI and settlement readiness
  • ≥95% of records and bills obtained before demand
  • Client response time ≤ 1 business day
  • 0 missed deadlines or compliance errors
  • High client satisfaction (4.9+/5)
  • Consistent output of demands, summaries, and case updates


Requirements

  • 2+ years of Personal Injury Case Management experience
  • Strong understanding of medical treatment workflows & documentation
  • Experience handling liens and insurance processes
  • Bilingual English (C1) / Spanish
  • Experience with case management systems (e.g., Filevine), CRMs, e-signatures
  • Availability during U.S. Eastern Time
  • High attention to detail, organization, and accountability


Preferred

  • Experience in NY, NJ, or PA personal injury cases
  • Exposure to litigation and demand package preparation
