If you’re after impact, there’s no other organisation in Australia that delivers work on this scale.
You've been looking for an opportunity to influence policies, initiatives, and projects that can improve the lives of millions of people.
In this role, you'll:
Provide legal support to a team of Lawyers and Senior Lawyers within the Commercial, Technology and Property division of Transport for NSW's Legal & Governance branch. You will primarily assist a Senior Lawyer with property related matters, including drafting and reviewing routine leasing documents, coordinating execution processes, managing key dates and reporting obligations, conducting due diligence, maintaining leasing records, and handling administrative aspects of leasing transactions.
You'll conduct legal research, analyse case law and legislation, and assist in preparing legal documents and court-related materials. You'll gain exposure to the Property, Planning and Environment and Commercial legal practice area. You'll contribute to team planning, track deliverables and milestones, and work closely with Lawyers and Senior Lawyers while developing your legal knowledge and practical skills.
