Legal & Compliance Manager

As our Legal & Compliance Manager, you will play a key role in establishing and driving legal, contract governance, and compliance processes across our European organization. Working closely with senior stakeholders and external legal experts, you'll help create practical frameworks that support business success while managing risk.

What You'll Do

• Act as the main coordination point for commercial legal and compliance matters.
• Review requests, identify risks, provide practical recommendations, and coordinate external legal counsel where needed.
• Support and coordinate NDAs, supplier agreements, service agreements, and other standard commercial contracts.
• Develop and maintain compliance policies, controls, documentation, and escalation processes.
• Coordinate data protection activities with the internal GDPR owner and external DPO.
• Create guidance materials, training content, and awareness initiatives for legal and compliance topics.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure appropriate governance for sensitive matters.

What You'll Bring

• 5+ years of experience in legal coordination, compliance, governance, contract management, or legal support functions.
• Degree in Law, Business Law, Compliance, Governance, or a related field.
• Experience with contract governance, commercial agreements, and compliance frameworks.
• Understanding of GDPR processes and data protection coordination.
• Fluent German and English
