About the job Axiom, the leading provider of on-demand legal talent globally, is seeking a Real Estate Legal Consultant with 3+ years of real estate transactions experience. Responsibilities: Drafting and reviewing contracts for property transactions Advising on real estate transactions, zoning and land use regulations, and potential risks Negotiating terms and conditions of real estate transactions Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of complex commercial agreements, ensuring compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements Manage business-critical matters such as volume lease renewals, large scale projects (e.g., Retail store upgrades), agreement amendments, asset management work, construction/professional appointment agreements and lease transactions (with a focus on lower risk deals in existing larger markets such as Greater China and Australia). This role would provide dedicated legal support to key stakeholders, ensuring timely and consistent delivery across the portfolio. Strong interpersonal skills. Confident communicator. Manages demanding workload with poise and positive outlook. Qualifications: A strong understanding of property law and relevant regulations Excellent communication and negotiation skills 3+ years of experience in commercial real estate transactions.
