What you might be doing We are looking for a Legal Counsel with experience in Marketing Compliance to join the team. Review and approve marketing materials for regulatory compliance (FTC, UDAAP, CAN-SPAM, TCPA, etc.) Provide general legal guidance on contracts, vendor agreements, and day-to-day business questions Draft and update internal compliance policies and procedures Monitor regulatory changes and communicate impact to stakeholders Conduct compliance risk assessments and report findings to leadership Develop and deliver compliance training for internal teams What you look like J.D. from accredited law school (bar admission preferred) 3–5 years experience in marketing compliance, advertising law, or related field Strong knowledge of FTC guidelines, consumer protection laws, and digital marketing regulations Ability to onboard quickly and work independently What we offer Base salary; Fully remote, flexible schedule; High ownership and direct impact on company growth; The opportunity to work with one of the most active teams in Web3 marketing.
