Meet the Team Legal & Policy As the legal team, we support all areas of Fever by offering scalable legal support – clear advice, risk management, and legal insight – that allow teams to move quickly and stay focused on what matters. Our team is structured in:l Intellectual Property , Commercial, Strategic Transactions, Privacy, Dispute Resolution, and Legal Operations. The Role We are looking for a driven and ambitious lawyer to join our international In-House Legal Team, supporting Fever’s fast-growing operations with primary responsibility for Brazil. Reporting directly to the Lead Counsel IBERIA, you will play a key role in enabling Fever’s continued regional expansion in Portugal and the rest of Iberia region. As Legal Counsel - Portugal, you will provide proactive, business-oriented legal support across a wide range of matters — from commercial contracts and corporate governance to regulatory and compliance issues. You’ll collaborate closely with teams such as Business Development, Tax, Finance, Product, Originals and Operations to provide pragmatic, solution-oriented legal guidance that supports Fever’s continued growth across the region. What You’ll Do Drafting / revising Portuguese and English language commercial contracts, terms and conditions, RFP submission documentation and similar legal documents Supporting commercial teams in the negotiation of deals and documents Researching legal issues related to product development and regulatory compliance Coordinating with internal stakeholders and external advisors to prioritise and manage legal matters Assisting and participating in knowledge management and operational excellence within Legal, including by identifying the need for and participating in preparation of templates, guides, processes and similar documents and tools Participating in ongoing compliance functions and product advice as required Upskilling, support, and growth of other team members Who You Are Be a practising lawyer with 5+ years of post-qualification experience working in a Portuguese-speaking jurisdiction. Professional fluency in Portuguese and English is essential, with proficiency in an additional language a strong plus. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a high level of emotional intelligence. Experience working on international projects or with global teams.
